wings, partially closed eyes, ruffled
feathers diarrhoea, anaemia and watery
white faeces

2. Internal parasites
Cause: Round worm and tape worms
Signs: Drop in egg production, an increase in
hunger and diarrhoea
Control: Anthelmintic
1. External parasites
Cause: Lice, mites and fleas.
Signs: Loose of feathers, lose weight, and drop in
egg production and scaly legs
Control: Keep premises clean.
